Lactation System

Simulates breast milk production as a dynamic body state. Triggered by pregnancy and interacts with the Hormone system for breast size changes.

How It Works

Breast volume scales dynamically with milk content
As breasts fill, overflow decals are applied to the character portrait
Regular nursing maintains the lactation state and sustains breast size
Neglect allows gradual return to baseline
When lactation ends, breasts return to baseline gradually — not a snap reset

Game Rule

Can be disabled entirely via the Lactation game rule. See Game Rules.
