Requirements:
- Not BBC
- If recipient is male → requires Chastity Cage
- If recipient is female → requires Chastity Piercing
- recipient doesn't wear Chastity Cage or Chastity Piercing
- Needs hook on recipient/high opinion level (>50)
When Accepted:
- Make the recipient equip either Chastity Cage or Chastity Piercing depending on the recipient gender.
- Add a Variable inside the recipient called bno_chastity_applier, this variable will contain scope actor
