Femboi & MTF Transformation
The feminization pipeline converts male characters into female characters through the Tincture of Genesis. The transformation is immersive — the old male character is removed from the UI and family tree as though the new female self always existed.
Femboi Milestones
| Milestone | Effect |
|---|---|
| 1 | Gains smallest available breast size. Beauty progression begins. |
| 2+ | Breast size increases each milestone. Character becomes progressively more attractive. |
| Full Transition | Becomes female. Emerges blonde (side effect of Tincture of Genesis). |
Special Cases
- Characters under a futa liege have a 70% chance to remain femboi rather than progressing
- AI femboi characters autonomously shift to gay/bisexual and will seek BBC partners
Full MTF Transition
- Alliance Restoration — Feminized character and former ally automatically re-establish their alliance
- Truce (Dazzled by Feminization) — Granted bidirectionally to both parties
- No Child Inheritance — Feminized character does not inherit former male self's children
- Asset Transfer — Currencies, barter goods, and trait XP carry over
- Relation Transfer — Lover, friend, best friend, soulmate relations transfer
- Spouse Transfer — Old character's spouses are taken on by new female self
- Liege Adoption — If old character had a liege, the liege takes the new female as vassal

Apply Elixir Interaction
The interaction to apply the Tincture of Genesis has granular tooltip conditions:
- Whether actor holds the Tincture
- Whether recipient is castrated (blocks use)
- Whether recipient has already consumed the elixir
- Futa characters are valid targets
