XP -> scale penis size depending on penis size - XP amount.
when shrinking from big -> small reset the XP amount
add flag to the caged trait "will shrink penis of the character when XP reach 100"
after reaching 100 XP and shrinking the penis the trait xp will reset to 0.
if still wearing cage while having the smallest penis size will give a stacking modifier to this character.
modifier will make this character like bnoc and bbcs more and gain more stewardship but lower martial. modifier can be called like "Reward for Obedience"
